Ogone Payment Services acquires EBS to diversify market

Ogone Payment Services, one of the Europe’s leading payment service providers has signed an agreement with India’s second largest on-line payment providerEBS (E-Billing Solutions) for its acquisition. This agreement was Ogone’s first undertaking outside the European market to enter into the augmented Indian payments market.

EBS will sustain its operation under its current management structure and market approach and will be undertaking the responsibility for continuous expansion of the company. It will also retain its name and brand in the Indian market. There will be 3 members of the Ogone Payment Services Board who will support the EBS board.
