Fox sued over breach of contract

Former President of New World Pictures' television group, Ed Gradinger, has sued 20th Century Fox Film Corp over a breach of contract.  In his lawsuit Gradinger alleges that Fox refused to give him his deserved bonus that he owed from "The Wonder Years", which was on air on ABC from 1998 to 1993.
Gradinger alleged that according to an agreement Fox owed him "bonus payments" for syndicated and "non-standard" (i.e., cable) airings of series that ran at least 66 episodes during his employment. However, Fox did not give him his due when it was recently sold for a cable run, with cable outlet the Hub.
He also added that the company had given him his dues when the show was sold for various runs on cable outlets like Nickelodeon, ION and ABC Family.
Gradinger has sought for "compensatory damages according to proof at trial" along with court costs and attorney's fees in his lawsuit which accuses Fox of breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
